Dead?

It looks like the software company is dead. My XXMP connectivity went down and now I can no longer get back in our private sever. Other XXMP connections can get in but this one cannot. Customer support does not answer emails. I am really going to miss this product. We bought a lot of licenses for our group, and now we cant rely on it. Latest update was for iOS 7 and now iOS 8 is out.
